At MisXVPalabras ("we", "the Service") we take the privacy of your information seriously, especially because you share personal details with us about yourself, your partner, or your loved ones. This policy explains what data we collect, who we share it with, and why.

1. What information we collect

• Content you submit: the type of event, the name of the honoree or couple, the event date and venue (if you provide them), the event theme, the personal details you describe (hobbies, personality, anecdotes, how the parents or padrinos feel), the tone you chose, and who the speech is for.
• Payment data: if you decide to unlock the full package, Stripe processes the payment; we do not store card numbers or full financial data on our servers.
• Basic technical data: standard HTTP request information (for example, IP address and user agent) that may be temporarily logged for security and diagnostic purposes.

2. Who we share your data with

To provide the Service, we share data with two outside providers, and no one else:

• Anthropic (Claude): we send the event and honoree/couple details to Anthropic's API to generate the invitation, speech, hashtags, and program. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy and retention policies.
• Stripe: if you make a payment, your payment data is processed directly by Stripe. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. How we use your data

We use the content you submit only to generate the texts you requested. We store your event's result linked to a private, unique link (for example, https://misxvpalabras.app/r/abc123...) so you can access it again. We do not use your data to train our own artificial intelligence models.

4. Data retention

We keep each event's data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the Service (for example, so you can return to your result link). You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to soporte@misxvpalabras.app.

5. Security

Each text package is identified by a random, private token included in the result URL. Do not share your result link with people you do not trust, since anyone with the link can view that event's content (including personal details about the honoree or couple).

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to us at soporte@misxvpalabras.app.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this same page.
