These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of MisXVPalabras (the "Service"), available at https://misxvpalabras.app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

MisXVPalabras is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate invitation text, speeches, hashtags, and an evening program for quinceañeras, weddings, and similar events, based on the details the user provides. The Service generates TEXT ONLY. We do not offer graphic design, printing, physical delivery of invitations, or any other event logistics service — the user is responsible for taking the generated text and using it in whatever design tool, print shop, social network, or provider they choose. The Service does not require creating an account: each text package is identified by a private, unique link.

2. Nature of the generated content

Content generated by MisXVPalabras is produced using third-party artificial intelligence models. While we strive to offer useful and relevant results, the Service:

• Does not guarantee that the generated text is free of errors, repetition, or phrasing the user may need to adjust before use.
• Does not invent dates, times, venues, or specific facts the user has not provided; in those cases the text includes generic placeholders (for example, "[date]") that the user must fill in.
• Offers an evening program based on traditional moments common in Latin America and Latino communities in the United States; the actual order of your event may vary based on your family traditions, religion, or personal preferences, and it is the user's responsibility to adjust it.

It is the user's responsibility to review, edit, and verify any generated content before using it in their real invitation, speech, or post.

3. Payment

The Service offers a free preview (one invitation variation) and a one-time paid unlock of $9.99 USD per event, which grants access to the full invitation variations, the speech, the hashtags, and the evening program generated for that specific event. This is not a subscription: each purchase corresponds to a single text package. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; see our Privacy Policy for more details on how payment data is handled.

4. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to generate defamatory or fraudulent content about third parties, or to attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

5. Content ownership

The user retains ownership of the details they enter and of the content generated from their request. MisXVPalabras claims no ownership rights over these texts.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MisXVPalabras will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any outcome related to the design, printing, mailing, or planning of the user's event, which are entirely outside the scope of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
